Recreation Equipment

Basketballs, Volleyballs, Soccer balls and Horseshoes are in the Rec Shack near the Basketball court. Softballs, bats and gloves are located in the Ball Shack near the activity field. The house, shed, and shop are for staff use only. Areas behind the shower house are off limits. Beyond the beach and lodge is private property; please stay on the camp grounds.

Group Responsibilities

Camps and Church groups must provide a certificate of insurance with Camp Dellwater listed as additional insured. This is not required for private groups per our insurance requirements. No alcohol or drugs in camp. Violators are asked to leave immediately. Smoking- outside only. Do not throw cigarettes on the ground.


The group leader will be given keys for various areas in the camp. Return at checkout. Keep keyed areas locked when not in use. You are responsible for missing/damaged equipment.

Check In

Check-In is 3 p.m on the day of arrival. If available, you may set up earlier in the day. If you require setup the day before, reserve the setup day to guarantee availability and you will be charged a minimum fee for setup.
