Camp Rules:
  1. Your group agrees to abide by the rules and policies listed on the camporientationflier.pdf and campkitchenresponsibility.pdf.
Christian Emphasis:
  1. Camp Dellwater is a non-denominational Christian camp whose purpose is to encourage everyone who attends to develop a closer personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. ¬ÝWith that in mind, each group must conduct daily devotions. ¬ÝCamp Dellwater staff is available to help lead devotions as well as assist in other areas.
Camp Check-Out:
  1. Check-Out is at 12 noon. Upon prior approval, groups may stay later in the afternoon, but will be charged a Camp Day Usage fee per person/family.
Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs:
  1. Smoking is not permitted in any enclosed area. (Campers are encouraged to not smoke at all.)
  2. Alcohol or illegal drugs are NOT permitted at any time. Violators will be asked to leave the campground.
Pets:
  1. No pets are allowed due to insurance liability issues and health department regulation section 29.
Camp Cleaning:
  1. Since your group is providing the meals, your Kitchen Staff is responsible for daily cleaning of the kitchen and dining areas (see campkitchenresponsibility.pdf) as well as the Activity Center kitchen. Camp Dellwater staff will conduct daily walk-throughs of the Restrooms / Shower Areas and the Buildings / Grounds while your group is using our facility. We will also perform the final cleaning of the camp at the end of your stay.
Camp Rates:
  1. A fee of $150 is required to reserve the camp. The camp is reserved upon receipt of the reservation fee and the completed reservation form. If the reservation is canceled 6 months prior to the camp dates, the fee will be fully refunded. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change so that we can rent out the facility to other groups. z Policies z Group Personnel:
Your group is responsible for providing your own food service personnel, lifeguards and nurses according to your specifications and insurance requirements. Certification is recommended by the Camp and our insurance, but the liability lies with your group.
Proof of Insurance:
Your group is responsible for providing the Camp with a Certificate of Insurance with Camp Dellwater listed under Additional Insured Status for the extent of your stay.
We need to have this certificate on file when your group is here. It would be preferable if you mail it in advance of your arrival.
 Damages:
Any damage beyond normal use will be billed to and paid by the group using the grounds. The amount will be determined jointly by the Camp Director and the group coordinator. For Reservations - Call us at 218-243-2061 or Click here to send an email.
